You must not
- publish unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, defamatory, discriminatory, harassing or infringing content;
- make false scarcity, shipping, discount, price, availability, countdown, environmental, health or performance claims;
- target content unlawfully or use sensitive traits to discriminate;
- send malware, phishing links or content that compromises a store or shopper;
- probe, bypass or interfere with authentication, tenant boundaries, rate limits, security or availability;
- access another merchant’s data, resell access, or impose unreasonable automated load;
- use the service for regulated activity without all permissions; or help another person do any of these things.
Content and enforcement
You must have all rights needed for text, translations, trademarks, links and promotions, disclose material conditions and keep claims accurate in every market.
We may investigate, remove content or suspend access where reasonably necessary to prevent harm, comply with law or enforce this policy, giving notice and a chance to remedy where appropriate.
