Shopify and the embedded app may use strictly necessary storage or tokens for authentication, security, navigation and session continuity. Shopify controls its own technologies under its policies.
Storefront analytics
When analytics is enabled and Shopify’s consent signal permits it, Announce Me may store a random browser identifier locally and create a shop-bound pseudonymous identifier for impressions and clicks. It is not designed to identify a named shopper across stores. Withdrawing analytics consent removes the local identifier and stops consent-dependent collection.
